Eucharistic Home and Hospital Visitation Ministry
Our Pastoral Care Ministers are available to bring Communion to Shut-Ins at home, in hospitals and nursing homes. To request a visitation, call: Deacon Frank Bina at: 630.323.5409 or 630.789.9521. Or fill-out a Request Card found in the Church Lobby and deposit in the Sunday Collection Basket.
